On Continue! is a non-profit association based in Martinique, in the French Caribbean. Through its educational platform Kalingua Lab, we promote multilingualism, cultural diversity and innovative approaches to language education.
Our mission is to connect languages, cultures and people through teacher training, international cooperation and educational innovation.

Our Approach
We support language teachers in developing engaging, learner-centred and communicative practices. Our expertise lies in French as a Foreign Language (FLE), multilingual education and intercultural communication, with a strong focus on practical classroom applications.
Through our training programmes, educational projects and the Kalingua Lab YouTube channel, we share innovative teaching ideas, ready-to-use resources and professional development opportunities designed to help teachers enrich their practice and foster learner motivation.

TENERIFE COURSES is a consortium of various NGOs and education professionals that offers innovative, high-quality training courses for ERASMUS+ staff mobility, designed specifically to meet the needs of teachers and staff in European educational centres. Through our courses, teaching and non-teaching staff can benefit from professional development abroad, increase their motivation, and generate new inspiring ideas. Their students will benefit from new and improved teaching practices. We value human relationships, and our approach is personalised and semi-formal.
Our methodology and approach:
We use very practical and active teaching methodologies, such as:

We offer participants a set of practical exercises, experiments, case studies, games and role‑plays that they can adapt to a wide range of topics. In our courses, we prioritise active learning methods so teachers can apply the new skills immediately in their work and increase students’ motivation.
